Each provision of this Agreement is severable from the others and no severance of a provision shall effect any other provision.

Internet Sport Services may from time to time, in its absolute discretion, modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such modifications or amendments will be binding once displayed on an "Internet Sport Services Website".
